30 Days Return Policy:

 

At DSS, Inc., our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, within 30 days of the purchase day, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to DSS, Inc. to receive a full refund or a credit on the account (no expiration day).

 

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within five business days of the receipt of merchandise.

 

D.O.A. definition and service policy

 

Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.) is defined as the product defective within 15 days from the date of invoice for the original purchaser. (Certain conditional apply please call your sales rep for questions)

 

D.O.A. product must return completely with the original accessories, and be received by DSS Inc. within 5 business day from the date RMA number authorized.

 

D.O.A. returns will be processed for immediate replacement or advance replacement (please call your sales rep) after RMA number is authorized.

 

Return term and condition below, if conditions are not met, DSS, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee no less than 15%

 

  • In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
     
  • To request an RMA number by phone, call your dedicated sales rep
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original package with accessories
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in email, print the label and tape it to the package.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lose or damaged package.

Rules:

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • DSS, Inc. is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or equivalent model.
  • RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
  • DSS, Inc. is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us, or any legal dispute may arise from improper use of our equipment.
